Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing on all orders. Shipping time starts once package has been received by carrier. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Lost + Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs will be deducted from total amount of refund. 

All returns must be in the same condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We will also require email confirmation of purchase. Drinkware and "Last Chance" items are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are broken, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Final Sale Items

Custom orders are final sale. Drinkware is final sale. "Last Chance" items are final sale. 

Exchanges

Due to most of our products being limited quantity, if you would like to make an exchange, the best way to ensure you get the item you want, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the product you would like. 

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take time for refund to be reflected on your credit card or bank statement.
